On Saturday November 11 2006, the residents of Albion Park really embraced the Street Fair concept, with estimates of 5000 persons inspecting a diverse range of stalls from local business and community groups. There were live displays of music, dancing and rides, something for young and all. The atmosphere was positive with nothing but praise for the effort the organisers had put into the event. Have a look at the great pictures from the weekend.
Residents and visitors were treated to the diverse range of businesses found in Albion Park. The Community groups indicted that there was a lot of interest in their activities, and were grateful for the opportunity to be able to showcase their activities.
Sunday concluded the Festival with Brekkie in the Park, complete with “Church in Mood Park”, with the Albion Park Baptist Church providing the music and the service.
A laid back way to finish the festivities.
All in all, a great weekend!
