  • The first Brekkie in the Park for 2007 will be held on Sunday March 11.

    Come along and enjoy a relaxed breakfast with friends in Mood Park, cnr Tongarra Rd & Terry Street Albion Park.

    Breakfast runs from 8am to 11am.

  • May 28th.......

    2nd Brekkie in the Park

    Sunday 28th May saw the second Brekkie in the Park at Mood Park. 

    The Brekkie was well attended with around 150 people enjoying muesli from Ravensthorpe, bacon and egg sandwiches from the Albion Park Show Society, fruit and yoghurt from Seasons Fruit and great coffee from Café Mobile. 

    Free balloons from Horizon Credit Union, face painting sponsored by Albion Park Pharmacy and children’s activities by Communities for Children. 

    The Hotrod Club generously provided vehicles for a display.

    Integral Energy put on an impressive impromptu display of power pole installation which provided great street theatre for Brekkie participants.

    The next Brekkie will be held on Sunday July 30th. 

  • March 26th.......

    Brekkie in the Park

    Approximately 200 people, some dogs and even a cat attended the first Brekkie in the Park to enjoy breakfast from The Albion Park Show Society, Eagle Boys Pizza, Seasons Fruit and Vegetables and Cafe Espresso.

     

    There were free balloons from Horizon Credit Union & face painting from Faces by Cheryl.  A fantastic car display was organised by Centenary Auto Parts with a demonstration of car washing with Autowasher.  Tongarra Heritage Society displayed information about the Museum and the soon to be released 'The Evo Owen Story' book.  A raffle was held with prizes donated by 21st Century Tiles, Park Meadows B&B and Calderwood Valley Estate.
